Why Attend?
Healthy churches are built by healthy leaders. Yet leadership can be lonely, and ministry can become reactive. The PLI Leadership Collective training is a unique opportunity to experience a proven, multi-year cohort journey that PLI has used in over 40 countries within more than 170 church bodies. PLI is now bringing this same transformational training to the United States, and Living Christ is one of the Collective locations.

three-day PLI Leadership Collective training is free to the participant
and equips pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses with practical, biblically grounded tools to
realign their lives and leadership with the mission of God,
develop
healthier rhythms, stronger leadership,
and a
clearer vision
for leadership. You'll leave encouraged, equipped, and connected—ready to lead God's people in His mission with greater clarity and confidence.
